Heh... looks like it was filmed with a High Def camera to me...
I found it conspiratorial enough to share the dooom though.

BTW, up until this last decade, the United States had one of the lowest resolution TV signals with only 525 lines. I always thought that German TV looked better back then because they did have more lines of resolution. He and the interviewer are both speaking French and without an interpreter. It must be intended for the French.
