uhmmm!!
lets see.
a young 10 year old psychic who had to run away to Californie from a french village for his own safety.
after 20 years of having lived in Californie, he doesn't speak american but speaks perfect grammar parisienne french without a trace of accent or village dialect
but he is still afraid for his life beacuse he reluctly grants an interview but had to be disguised with a wig and fake glasses to avoid recognition from the Aliens.
yep, very plausible story.
