The Supreme Court didn't want to get involved because of Bush/Gore. Obama was ordered to provide all his documents years ago in one of the first cases against him but he just ignored them.
The media gave him a free pass because they wanted him to beat Bush and wanted the Black President fairy tale. Grimm Fairytale.
He has two of his own cronies now on the Supreme Court. They lose their jobs if they rule against him and they refuse to recuse themselves.
