The Son of God, Octavian Caesar who we would later know as Augustus which is a venerable Roman religious title. The Prince of Peace who was deemed the brightest star of the universe during his reign that finished the 5th age and brought in the new age he helped design.

As a descendant of the Gods, the top of whose head is crowned with a star.

Of Augustus it is said that all things would have sunk to ruin if this son of universal joy had not arisen and brought regeneration. He came as a saviour. "In his appearance the hopes of our forefathers are fulfilled. He has not only surpassed all former benefactors of mankind, but it is even impossible that a greater than he should ever appear. A new era must begin from his birth." Thus emperors were thought incarnations of deity.

This is He, -whom thou hast oft heard promised thee,

Augustus Caesar, Son of God, who

Shall restore the Golden Age to Latium.
