Anyone have a home recipe for toothpaste?
Somebody said use baking soda and peroxide plus a flavor additive, but I am not a fan of mint and don't really want to add any chemical or extract.

Any homemade recipes for toothpaste ya'll might want to share?
You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness. Like resignation to the end, always the end.

Trade off with just using plain water as baking soda is abrasive

Then just use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. The flavor is completely useless for cleaning your mouth/teeth.

Clean ash , salt, lemon extract(not always) are the cheapest yet best for your teeth the nature has given, especially if u use neem, banyan twigs as brush. Neem twig in special are very good for a healthy gum.

People still use these today n u can see the difference. Their teeth sParkle like lightning.

If you're concerned about fluoride in toothpaste, there's plenty of fluoride-free toothpaste products out there.

Toothpaste isn't necessary. Stop eating processed food and your teeth will be fine. if you look at teeth of indigenous people, they're perfect. Let the food you eat clean your teeth as well.

Try equal part of organic peppermint oil, almond oil and spearmint oil. 2 -5 drops on your toothbrush when you brush.... You can also rub it on your gums for a treatment for gum disease.
