grandmother kills 7 year old granddaughter and herself

Oh my gosh! What a terrible morning! These stories used to be unheard of... now they are showing up more and more often. I'm so sad about this.

Wow, and to think how many times I risked my life going to the Mall and to the movies with my Grandmother! Boy was I lucky I wasn't killed!!

And threw it at his Grandma?

Doesn't get much sicker and sadder than this.

I just don't understand why the old bitch didn't simply off herself...

Vitamin D3 defeciency makes you crazy. 75% of Americans are defecient in it. Throw in flouride and mood altering drugs and you actually wonder why there is not more of this.

In her twisted mind she didn't want the girl to suffer any longer over the death of her dad, who got into a fight over some booze, and was killed...the whole family sounds fuck'n nuts.

She has asked for prayers and not for condemnation. You have not walked in her shoes and although I hate to see someone taking children along with his/her suicide, I dot not condemn her but will pray for her and her grandchild's souls.
And in case you are a Christian you should pray for these two people too.

You are blatantly retarded or extremely naive if you think this kind of thing hasn't been happening for a long, long time. The stories have been out there as well, maybe you just weren't paying attention.

I believe that the fluoride is actually making people more docile, and if it were removed then people would be cracking each others heads open to feast on the goo inside on a daily basis.

agreed.....I'm all for praying for people, and this woman obviously needed help, but when you take an innocent child's life? I have no sympathy for you, sorry!

You cannot change their eternal destinations at this point. Most Christians believe the little girl is saved by her innocence. And Granny may have been mental.

Fair question, and honestly, I don't know. I guess part of what draws me to such stores is that I have three young kids myself, and when I hear about stuff like this it reminds me how blessed and lucky I really am, despite the harder times that make me think otherwise. I'm not saying I ENJOY other peoples' sorrow - not at all, but it does make me think more....and be thankful for what I have.

Grandma obviously mentally unstable. Sick she took her granddaughter with her like that. What a tragedy.
