And nobody is ruling the world, that is a goal of the NWO, it is somewhat in place, but you cannot call it ruling yet.
The UN and security council are forums, where all included countries have a vote.
Maybe we have the banksters and 'royals' above that system who really rule, but seeing the events in the world, they don't have the power to just dictate what happens.
To me the Illuminati seems to be against any system that doesn't have at it's core the love and responsibility of man itself.

I would like to see a system where all can make laws where all can vote on. I don't know what to do about propaganda, that thing distorts the reality and in a lot of cases the compassion of people. It teaches them a lot of the times that the only thing they should concern themselves with is their own personal interest and then go on to tell them what that interest is. I don't know how to cure that. But having a military or intellectual elite rule in a way that is not in sync with the wishes of the masses, will ofcourse for sure end badly.
