Yes, no continuation. Evolution.
Just like Nature evolves, so do ideas.
Any honest student of the ancient philosophies can only marvel at the similarity of the core teachings, and yet at the countless discrepancies and contradiction of some concepts.
So for me, there's only one Truth, and it is very simple (could be summarized in one sentence). Everything else is details and subject to personal bias.

Cheers, I try to demystify that which I was taught as a child and explain that we are truly of the worthiness and ability to see evident truth. The company of surfers and self described rockstars has led to the proclivities of using florid language, even when trying to logically tie together all the strings. Besides I do find the seven sounds of music and seven dominant colours of art to be the easiest way to reach people. Yeah...us surfers kick ass.
