Sounds like factory noise which I used to live close to when I was a kid. I live near a highway but the sound is coming from a direction where the highway gets farther away from here and there is no sound coming from the highway where it is closer to me. Slight breeze from the NE which is the opposite direction from the noise and we have light rain today. If I were to try and point it out to someone I would be pointing about 10 degrees up into the sky and to the SW. I am in central Ohio. I have never heard this sound here at this house before and have lived here 13 years. Life is short.....live it with ecstasy! Intuition is a status of mind to live by.
