Quoting: Mister Obvious Some of it is good shit, but it's not a genre that's gonna go on for too long, I mean how can it? There are about 5 or 6 dubstep songs I like, all by Datsik. what about mt eden - a dnb legend! never go commercial! [link to www.youtube.com] Prime example of commercialized dubstep/mind control. Obvious imagery. |
| armouredkitten (OP) User ID: 8043225 01/10/2012 07:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | As a side note I like and appreciate good dubstep and listen to if frequently but I am aware that LFO's have a druglike effect on me. That's why I love it so much. I imagine when combined with imagery it can influence the mind even more. I notice that I remember images of music videos of certain songs when I just listen to the music. |

| Reikara User ID: 8616088 01/10/2012 08:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Wouldn't being conscious of underlying hypnotic/ mind controlling tones in anything even, music to TV programmes totally override it anyway? I mean most people live in fear of well - fear. They dump absolutely everything that's designed to harm them in such a way from food to TV to music. I mean shit I recognize the fact that all TV comprises of is propaganda, but I'm still able to watch a news show and laugh at the absurdities they're trying to sell me and remain totally impervious to it. As long as you have a strong will and mind, I'm pretty sure you'll live. While its effects arent known I dont think it would be used for mind control. The main reason being that the DJ can alter the pitch, tempo, frequency, etc all on the fly, and most of them do to create a clean set. Personally I like that its catching on. I have been spinning it now for a solid year at home, might be a demand for my services in the near future. I mostly like when people are like "have you heard this track man", then you lay down something they never even thought possible! Music is nothing more than a personal connection to frequencies we find pleasing, not everyone has the same taste. I like that with dubstep you have to expect the completely unexpected. Everyone knows how a trance set is going to go down. The same beat for 3 hours straight with different leads and vocs. But you know deep down all the kiddies wanna hear Skrilllllll3333xxx, hahahaha. |

Let's not forget syncro. that's also proper music that comes from "dubstep" scene You'll never know where its at until you learn where its from. |

Its addictive, too! [link to www.huffingtonpost.com] The study helps explain how something as fleeting and intangible as a string of musical notes can be so rewarding, said study researcher Valorie Salimpoor, a doctoral student at McGill University in Canada. [Top 10 Mysteries of the Mind] "It's all happening in your head. You have nothing to show for it," Salimpoor told LiveScience. "But somehow, because we have the cognitive resources to be able to process and appreciate these temporal sound patterns, we can experience really intense emotions from them." I suggest that the posters after you learn more about pipe organs and their capabilities.
