Period. This will include both the man and the woman who have proven they have no respect for life. And we will be engaged in the uplfting of our genetics, and those whose genetics should not be passed on for any reason will be sterilized. That is one important reason behind the human genome project. Nothing is more sacred than producing healthy children raised in a healthy home to the future of any society. Society will focus almost everything on the future progeny. The best of education and everything else. |
