that's nice. But if anyone thinks that cash/$$ payments for this type of thing will change the judgement that is going-to fall on those who committed eugenics, that would be wrong.
Trust me when I tell you this, there is a price to be paid. There were crimes committed. And restitution can never be bought. May God not have any mercy on the souls of eugenicists.
