Sorry, but this is giant BS.

The tallest giants I have studied were reputedly up to 8,9,10, 11 maybe 12 feet. There are medical documents, historical measurements, and bones which show people up to that size, but I really don't buy anything higher than 12 or 15 feet. And that's hard enough to believe.

Also being that tall you'd be slower than hell and life would be hard and full of bone and back aches, and circulatory problems. You'd be strong when you're young but your body would be broken down by age 30 or 40. Life would suck to be 11 ft 6.

I can't say I don't agree with you. I find even those claiming to be 10-12 ft talk to be a bit far fetched and those pictures they are suppose to have of them are said to be photo shop and fixed.

The article said that the foot print was 200 million yrs old. I question how they dated it.

So does anyone have any type of proof that people even 12-15 ft existed?

i like how originally your post said debunk this one, when it is in fact debunking the one photoshopped picture of the skeleton with the skull the size of a full human.

Ok I'm off on the possible size. I still question the size, no matter what the bed length was.

The tallest man ever recognized from limb bones was the Giant of Castelnau, which one anthropologist estaimed at 11 ft 6 inches. His estimate may have been off by 1 or 2 feet, but still that would be a 10 foot tall guy. This is the best evidence I have seen in scientific sources for a human of that size.

you think they are just as small as us just as slim as us at average 6 feet tall?
why not 15 feet and a bone,muscles and bodymass that goes with that?

and its impossible why?? because they should have been born big as well?? that holds no ground, there are baby,s born the size of a 1kg bag sugar and still can become up until 1,80 or even 2 metres her in holland(and probably the rest of the world too but i can,t see whats going on in every nation).
there is proof that the dutch are still growing as a people in size. baby,s don,t grow bigger than any other baby,s in the world.

the thing is the bible talks in genesis about giants, and in samuel again with the goliath story.
there are skeletons found much bigger than normal humans ever been.

The Nephilim...yes, every culture talks about giants. Watchers from heaven....it will be revealed soon enough!!

If they were built like Neanderthals in such a way that they had short sturdy legs, and strong backs, I suppose a giant 15 or 20 feet tall might be possible. There was a giant ape called Gigantopithecus that was 10 or 12 feet tall and built like a giant gorilla.

Heidelberg man was a giant 7 and 8 feet tall and built very strong, much stronger than modern men, and they have found bones proving they were giants, same with Meganthropus who was 8 feet tall and built like a brick. These aren't lanky NBA players, but heavy duty brutes.

I'm going to have to find time to read that article. It looks really interesting. I know we have those who are 8-9 ft living today, but they also have a very hard time because of their height. Is it DNA that causes their growth or their pituitary gland? What I am looking at is that their are no groups or clans of people now that would be considered giants?

I found the pictures interesting. Some of them make the giant look huge, but how tall is the person standing next to them?

Have you watched Ancient Aliens on the History channel? They have some of the same pictures of artifacts that are in this article. I don't know if they have a different understanding of those artifacts yet because I haven't completely read the article.

I have seen some really tall guys, living here in a University town. Just last week there was one at a restaurant. I couldn't tell you how tall he really was but had to be in the 8ft or more range. When he sat at a table he looked to be sitting in a first grade chair and desk. His knees were at his chin. But we don't really see these people as giants, just really tall. Those that have been classified as giants do have a lot of health problems and gravity does effect their health.

I think you are trying to say that the Nephilim were giants and referred to as those making it with the daughters of men? I don't agree with that. They may have been giants but Genesis is speaking of two different beings.

Genesis 6: says: That the sons of the nobles saw the daughters of man when they were beautifying themselves, and they took for themselves wives from whomever they chose.

Something kings tended to do in those days. There is also nothing there to indicate that these were giants.

Gen. 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of the nobles would come to the daughters of man, and they would bear for them; they are the mighty men, who were of old, the men of renown.
This was from the Hebrew Tanach.

Mighty men can refer to men of power or those in authority. It doesn't necessarily mean that they were giants but could refer to them being powerful. The Nephilim are just said to here on the earth at that time. It doesn't leave one to believe that they were the ones making it with the women.

Then again Genesis is one strange book and is a story told not only by the Hebrews, but other groups also.

Of course "there were giants in those days". Whats more, folk tale tell of giants and all folk tales have an element of truth. Jack and the beanstalk, giants from the skies, eat humans, fee fi fo fum.
