Do some research on shadow people, or shadow figures. Tons of these have been seen, usually more than once by the same person. Lots of explanations for them, no idea to validity. Good Luck

Many times in the past, used to work (self employed) as a Milko, always early in the morning, between 1am and 7 am, used to have this figure watch in the shadows, few times it would whisper my name, first time really freaked me out, after a while it never bothered me, was training a friend so we could go on holidays, One night as were carrying milk into a Shop we heard a loud whisper calling my name, friend froze and said what the H*** was that, tried to calm him, said it was ok, just a shadowy figure that has been around for a while, when we stepped out of the shop, I said look around it should be somewhere, he said there it is, yep, standing on a corner in the shadows was whatever it was, very tall, easily near 7'.
Friend quit right there and then, said no way was he working with something like that around, luckily it stayed away for a while till I had a Holiday, haven't seen anything for a long time, fractured my spine and had to sell.
Used to see things that scared the heck out of guys I used to have helping me on Sat mornings, lights, noises, animal that howled and had every dog for miles going beserk, Cope heard it too and came to Depot to check if I had heard it.
Used to have sleep paralysis a lot, esp as a Kid, would lay there not being able to move, could feel a strong hand grab my arm, then nothing would wake up hours later, only happened a few times as an adult.
Something Evil? no idea, am a Christian now and maybe thats why nothing happens anymore

My girlfriend and I see something move past our bathroom mirror all the time. It has happened to many times to count. We always keep the bathroom door closed now. Something lives in our bathroom. lol. No idea but since the door remains closed we have had no issues. We never see it when we are in the bathroom.

hmmm, well i stopped getting bothered once i gave up christianity. after hearing you, i really think it has nothing to do with religion(since we kinda did the opposite and got the same result). thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. its good to know im not alone. ive had friends that heard people calling their name, but we would never see anyone or anything. i just thought they were a little loopy...but as ive heard many stories over the last few years its become apparent that the ones pretending to be 100% sane are the ones that have no clue what is really going on or they are in denial. im passed caring about proving the stories though. i know what i saw, i know i was wide awake. i checked my alarm clock and then said "what do you want mom?" right before i looked up and saw this thing in my doorway. nothing is true, everything is permitted

I just ended up keeping silent about what happened, not with the wife of course.
I have to smile when ppl give you the finger because of things that have happened to you, and yes it is a comfort to know you are not a looney as others also share some of these ordeals.
It is typical of humanity to make fun of people that have seen something, esp when they have never have, who knows why, maybe we were picked for these experiences for whatever reason, have shared a cpl of experiences with close friends in Church and they are fascinated that things like this happen.

Well yeah, once they have you there is no need to bother you. They won, you lost. The time to repent is now. You have to understand something about spiritual warfare. Its not like it is in the movies. They don't talk to you and give you orders. Sometimes, the best thing for you to do to help them is nothing. In giving up on Christianity, you have given in and allowed the enemy to win. So to put it simply, why would they bother with you anymore?

Think about this. If I witness and help one person to know Christ, and that person saves someone, and on and on that is a large amount of people Satan won't be able to get. If I do nothing, that doesn't happen.

The whole thing revolves around faith. Faith in God, Faith in Christ, Faith in the knowledge that if the Holy Spirit has filled you up, there is nothing to fear. There is simply nothing they can do to you. It has nothing to do with "enegry of fear" It has everything to with a battle between what you believe, how strong your faith in God is, and how easily you can be scared away from that faith.

I have no fear of Demons, Shadow People, or anything else of the sort. They can not touch me directly. My soul belongs to God through the Grace of Christ. They can cause the environment around me to hurt me, but if they kill me, I'll simply go to be with God sooner than I planned, but all according to God's plan.

Faith. You have to have faith. I realize I'm typing this blind eyes, however if it will help you anyone reading it at some point in time then it's been well worth my time.

I see that "shadow people" thing always in the left or right in my field of view but never straight infront of me and it only appears when I am really in need of some sleep. So I think it's more of an temporally medical conidition with your mind playing tricks on you. Instead of a shadow, or moving shadows it can also be smoke that I see, like something would burn next to me. Things like that, I can follow you until there and the rest you obviously got out of movies. Darth Vader? Girl from the Grudge??

Read "Embraced by the Light" by Judith Edie (last name may not be spelled correctly).

This tells of her near death experience and describes demonic spirits, etc.

I am the shadowy figure in my doorway. Nightmares get terrified when I go to sleep. The entities of sleep paralysis try to wake up and scream when in my presence.

Sounds similar to 'old hag syndrome'. It's been widely documented for centuries. Very freaky. I often sense a very ominous presence in my room usually right as I'm drifting off to sleep. I always have to have the tv on as I go to bed or it happens.

I saw fedora guy many years ago. It was a very frightening interaction. At the time, I used a physical gesture to get rid of him. Was like moving through cold honey but it worked.

Had the sleep paralysis just before the encounter, also.

Anywho, OP, you're likely suffering from hallucinations, get that checked out by a Docter.

When I was about 18 I woke up in the middle of the night one night on my stomach with my face toward the wall. I don't know how I knew it, but I knew somebody was on the other side of the bed standing over it watching me. I thought it was a burglar.

I laid there a couple minutes wondering what I should do then figured I'd roll over real slow onto my back just like I was rolling in my sleep and maybe the guy wouldn't do anything thinking I was still asleep. I figured to have any chance I had to get on my back so i could use my hands, jump up, whatever. I got onto my back and just as I got there it felt like the thing put it's knee in my chest. it actualy pushed me down in the waterbed. I heard the water slosh and bam it hit me in the throat.

I didn't feel any pain but my ears immediately started to ring. I thought he stabbed me in the neck. He shuffeled out of the room really quick. All I saw was a shadow leaving the doorway and I heard a sound like clothes rustling as he took off.

I laid there for about a minute wondering if I was going to die, or was I bleeding and I wasn't sure I could move. I decided to play dead a minute and see what happened. Then it occured to me my parents and my brother wee in the next rooms and i had to do something. I got up and nothing was happening so i went back to sleep. Maybe it was a dream but it seemed as real to me as typing this story right now.

my cousin and I, witnessed a shadow person, walking acrossd the street from us. Almost like ok it could of been our shadow, except it was standing straight up and it didn't stop and run with us. We just ran and never looked back.He now has brain damage and lost his arm, so I could never talk to him about it again.

But regarding the picture,I had a dream of this guy at my door, its been almost 20 years and still freaking me out. He never came back or have I ever seen him in real life, thank God. In my dream he did nothing but stand there, everything was very realistic, like it wasnt a dream. But I wouldn't fuck with that dude.
