Question About Walking And Sweating
One of the most annoying things about walking from the train station to school (.76 miles) is that during the winter or summer, when I reach the school, I'm hot and sweaty. Winters are the worst, because you're extremely cold, yet sweaty.

Question is, if I start walking let say 5 miles plus a day, would it eliminate the sweat when I get to school after the walk. Or would it be the same because I'm burning the same amount of energy.

Re: Question About Walking And Sweating
My guess would be that once your body gets used to prolonged walking that such a short walk will seem inconsequential. What I mean is I think that by walking distances for exercise that this problem will go away. That is, unless you are just one of those people who naturally sweats alot. Hope this helps. I try to walk 4 to 5 miles every other day. :)
