If RP gets the Republican nomination, Obama will be re-elected, no matter what happens with Iran. Bet on it.

It depends how the war goes and how big it gets. America winning is bad for Paul, America taking a moderate to severe beating is good for Paul if the war stays small enough to easily abandon. A stalemate is good for Paul.

Any large scale conflict, no matter which way it goes, brings in the "changing horses in midstream" logic... if you can call it that. And that's bad for Paul

No, if they wanted to stop Ron Paul they can simply ruin his image by planting "evidence" of some sort and announce it on TV. They aren't to worried about Ron Paul because they know the majority of the people are ignorant of the truth. And even if Ron Paul is elected to run against Obama and if he WINS against Obama they can simply manipulate the votes. It's as easy as that. They're probably thinking "Sure, let the awakened have their Ron Paul. Let them spend most of their time supporting Ron Paul, it's no threat to us. We can do whatever we want and say whatever we want on TV and people will believe it. Let them have Ron Paul to keep them busy."

But interesting thought though. An attack on Iran will definitely get the majority to vote for Obama. That's not the reason why they are going to attack Iran. It's because an attack on Iran is an attack on Russia/China which will lead to WW3 which will lead to mass depopulation, mark of the beast, NWO and global enslavement.
