PRO CHOICE OR PRO LIFE?

I don't agree with abortion and would never want to partake in it.
But I do not believe the state gets to tell people what to do in regards to this.
This is just bigger government intrusion into peoples personal lives.
Because anti abortion has its roots in Catholicism, it would be forcing religious beliefs on people.

I have thought the same thing. But if you take into account the constitution says governments job is to protect our Life Liberty and Property.

No, because its a religious belief that abortion is murder.
Its not a 'fact', like actual murder where you infringe upon a person and their family by taking an already established life.

Abortion is the ultimate act of selfishness: in 99.9% of the cases a woman elects to have an abortion because being pregnant and having a child is not "convienent" to their lifestyle and will "mess up" their life. What about the father's right - what if he wanted the child? Doesn't he have a say so in whether his child is born? Abortion should not be a method of birth control - call it what it is - Murder!

Another point: Why is it that most liberals are anti-war and went to down with the whole Bush lied people died mantra, but are pro-choice when it comes to women's rights? This is the epitome of hypocrisy in my opinion: war is murder, but abortions are OK...WTF?

Late term abortion though is wrong.
Under 3 months is their choice on what they believe.
However late term abortion is done for medical reasons such as ectopic pregnancy and fetus being deformed and will never live.
But if its done for any other reason than medical reasons then its not right.

Society (American, at least) tells us to go to college, get married, and have kids. Then you've reached the pinnacle of human existence! ... when in fact, marriage, kids and college are just ways to drain your money (three of the biggest investments / markets: housing, kids and college) and keep you working within the confines of the capitalist game.

Otherwise you're just inflating the population on a planet that is already overpopulated, and it's overpopulated with soldiers and idiots... so we have lots of war, famine, undrinkable water, toxic food... you really want to bring kids into this world? Ask yourself WHY! What makes you so special that you should be allowed to stress the confines of the human species simply to satisfy your instinct?

"Pro life" is an unfair cop-out... because adopting children is the only PRO-LIFE solution, since you would support zero-population growth (and overpopulation is essentially the number 1 issue that is damaging the planet and species).

I think it's natural to want to get married and have a family. I think what is being pushed on us is the opposite. Look at what the progressives agendas are....destroy the traditional family, tell woman having kids is not important and that they don't need a man in their lives.

To me our natural insticts tell us to find a mate and settle down. Those who have an agenda push the opposite.

I think abortion is morally wrong in almost all cases. But I still don't think the .gov has the right to intervene in what goes on in a person's body.

I Chose Pro-Choice but in truth for me the choice scope is very limited and should only be available on 3 conditions Rape, Incest, and endangerment to the mothers life.
