OYE, On June 28, Pope Benedict XVI named the 69-year-old Patriarch of Venice, Cardinal Angelo Scola, as the new Archbishop of Milan.
He fits all the criteria
Look dude, other things we should be more occupied. All the crap going on now is to set the stage for the AC.

Brazil, Benedict is saving the Church, he was handed a mess and is doing an ok job. Majority of Confereneces of Bishops are not even Catholic, it is that bad.
