There's gonna be a pretty cool parade in DOGTOWN for st.patriks day. Much cooler than the pret-tend st.patriks parade they have downtown. im not much for crowds unless im addressing them, hate bars and drinking. OP is right about those areas of St. Louis. Lots of diversity, interesting people, etc....You don't have to be a big drinker to find places to feel comfortable and find interesting. suggestions?
