The Church Split, Granville Hedrick
and his followers were against Polygamy, tithing,
and prophets as presidents of the church, however
after Joseph Smith passed, and his son too
was murdered, a Separate sect split and followed
Brigham Young to go practice polygamy in
Utah, while Hedrick and his followers
went to Independence MI to set up the Temple
Lot in preparation for the second coming
