I can attest to this.

To the one claiming there are so many jobs where you can only use your brain and arms, show me one. Severe advanced
scoliosis combined with arthritis here. Have applied for countless jobs but unless you've got experience and/or a degree in a specialized field, I haven't been able to find anything. I make a very very small income creating handmade leather journals, but now, the worsening arthritis which has spread to my hands is making that impossible too.
Hard times can befall anyone.
