Buy it, if necessary by not paying mortgage on other place. The family will adapt to the new simpler but affordable conditions. It's not such a big deal one way or the other, and it is affordable and will get you out of debt after the current house is sold or foreclosed.

Buy it before your credit rating goes bad. It will be harder later to get it done.

Honestly, if I had good credit I would rack it. Try to get a decent vehicle and some gear stashed away. A pick-up and camper or motor-home. Rack the credit and walk way.

Don't do that dood. That's how banks lose money and people get refused loans. If people pay their debts then the banks won't have to sack employees or go broke. Just think of all the bank's investors that buy shares so they can retire rich enough to not have to go on the pension.

The fewer pensioners the better off the nation will be. Besides if you're poor you need those people to make money, they're the ones that will donate stuff to the salvos/food banks that give people food. If you can't be rich then someone else being rich isn't the worst thing in the world.

Food banks in Canada are for Indo/Pak Cab drivers who make 80k and pay no taxes. They send their wives and children to pilfer the food banks.

That depends on the laws. Can they take your house to pay a debt? Your car? I don't know the laws where you are, but you should know them or find them out.

I'm a Supervisor for a Security company, I take care of the Mobile side. In Alberta and soon rest of Canada seizure and arrest laws will be changed. They are planning to outsource it all. As of June 2011, security services could be sub-contracted out.

Right now we have huge vacancies in Commercial real-estate, some buildings over 50%, soon the big push will be securing empty houses and properties.

The banks are the ones the got bailed out with billions. They aren't losing any money just us who bought houses that were over appraised by the banks, then the banks gave us the loans that were over valued. Those of us that were able to make the payment got screwed by all our neighbors that couldn't make their payments. Now most neighborhoods dropped in value because of the foreclosed homes. Screw the banks they are actually making money off of the foreclosure crisis. I wish I would of been bailed out along with all the other home owners that got screwed.

I am sorry so many have lost so much. the system is based on materialism and all western governments are corrupt. You money went to interest, inflated living costs and excessive taxation. Nothing is going to change until the people say enough and change the entire system.
