Instead if they had a job they could go to a themepark, go snowboarding or buy a jetski. Other than the mortgage, I've got so much of that shit it's unbelievable! It's nothing but a fucking headache that costs me 10s of 1000s each year to maintain, defend, manage, and pay taxes on.

The tax man is always lurking, inflation is eating it up 400k in savings like cancer, 2 million in real estate is now worth 1 million, but not many people have a million to buy it if I tried to sell it.

If I had it to do all over again, I'd live in a fucking tent, and I wouldn't have to worry about losing anything. I'd only have to worry about living one day at a time.

I'm 40 two kids married for 20 years! Own my house and have a cabin with acreage in showlow az. I am the sole owner of a small business that is one of the largest of its kind in AZ that is held privately.
I am college educated and grew up what most would consider poor. (although I didn't think or realize it until after I moved away) . No body has ever given me anything in my life except a job and the pay check I earned.
I have never been on any goverment assistance and pay all my bills. I may not have payed them on time, but they did get paid:)
I have never financed anything except my 1st home. I own 3 personal vehicles. 2008 Armada,2004 Jeep, 2010 5 series BMW, 30' travel trailer,2 quads (for hunting):) and I recently bought a Ranger for fun! I also have a 2001 lifted golf cart for sale by the way. I never borrowed a dime against my properties even though I was hounded to death to do so. I pay all my sales,state, and federal taxes on time and happy to do so! You would shit if you know what I'm required to pay on a yearly basis:)

I'm not ashamed of the "things" I have not will I apologize for having them. I am not a man of religion but, I am a man of FAITH! I was raised southern baptist and tought to tithe. I have always tithed and I do so with a willing heart. I truly believe God has blessed me and prepared my life for me as I have always put him first and formost in my life.

I say if your struggling in life let go and let God. But also remember god helps those who help themselves:)

We keep complaining but not many places a man can support a family with 5 kids and have a house and 3 cars while working as a painter.

Consider yourself fortunate that you were able to experience what in other countries more educated people get to enjoy.

The world is now a global community and getting more so everyday, what this means is the leveling out of the standard of living across the board. In places like China and India, the standard of living is going up and in places like Europe, Canada and the US the opposite is happening.

Rather than complaining about how good it was and bitching to the government (which in turn forces the government to get into wars, that we end up protesting), pull yourself together go back to school get an education and in turn a better job.

I got rid of my home in "08" and good ridden to it too. it drove me and my wife almost to divorce.

I live in a town home now and loving the extra money every month to spend on each other. We can go and do whatever we want now without the burden of money. Most of all, I love no yard work.

Were on natural gas and its really cold where Im at. Running the furnace 24/7 on thermostat, got my monthly bill was only 94 dollars ! When I had electric heat, it would be in the hundreds, Ill never trust electric heat again. Natural gas is the way to go. At least where I live.
