Over EPA limit: Cesium levels in San Francisco area milk now higher than 6 months ago
[link to enenews.com]

Pasteurized, Homogenized Milk from the San Francisco Bay Area with Best By Date of 12/29/2011

Cs-134: 0.068 Becquerels/liter (Bq/l) ±0.011 [MDA=0.044]
Cs-137: 0.075 Bq/l ±0.015 [MDA=0.052]
Total cesium is .143 Bq/l, or 3.87 picocuries/l (pCi/l) (1 Bq = 27.1 pCi).

The EPA Maximum Contaminant Level for radioactive cesium in milk is 3 pCi/l:

“EPA lumps these gamma and beta emitters together under one collective MCL [Maximum Contaminant Level], so if you’re seeing cesium-137 in your milk or water, the MCL is 3.0 picocuries per liter; if you’re seeing iodine-131, the MCL is 3.0; if you’re seeing cesium-137 and iodine-131, the MCL is still 3.0.” -Forbes.com

Current levels are about 40% higher than what was detected 6 months ago:

Couldn't be from fuku, right? No way, no how. Just like the thyroid problems, the radioactive rain, etc. Has to be something else. You told me I was stupid. You called me an idiot. That couldn't be happening. It's only in Japan and it's no big deal. Never affect us, here.

The reactors are in 'cold shutdown'.

Thread: **RADIATION PROTECTION**- non prescription list, revised and updated.

In My Opinion....

- stay out of the rain if you can

Don't eat.

- mushrooms

- seafood

- seaweed

- garden produce

- meat from grazers(including wild game)

Look for canned or dry food produced before March.

Cesium mimcs potassium. Last summer's gardens are contaminated. Turn your soil before spring planting. As deep as you can.
Hydroponics if you can for fresh vegetables.
You can grow mushrooms in your basement or a closet in a plastic bag full of straw.

Rabbits can be a food supply. Keep them penned and feed only old(before 3.11.11) grain food.
Chickens, same.
Calf, same.
Pigs, same.

Take care of the children.

Good luck.

They can't handle the truth.
Go to sleep. Go to sleep. Go to sleep little sheepy.

Oh well. There are strange noises going on. That is much more important. How about a good fart thread. That will get you a pin.

I so hope I'm wrong about all this. But I just don't think I am.
Where are all the dang shills? They should be all over this.

Bio-accumulation. It's what's for dinner.

Some "cold shutdown". But you see, the thermometer that "determines" the state of cold shutdown is not this particular one that exceeded 100 degrees Celsius. So everything is fine and dandy at Fuku I. (Forget the leaks here and there, and trenches full of contaminated water.)

While concentrations of some radionuclides continued to decrease, by July they were still 10,000 times higher than levels measured in 2010 off the coast of Japan. This indicates the plants “remain a significant source of contamination to the coastal waters off Japan,” they report. “There is currently no data that allow us to distinguish between several possible sources of continued releases, but these most likely include some combination of direct releases from the reactors or storage tanks, or indirect releases from groundwater beneath the reactors or coastal sediments, both of which are likely contaminated from the period of maximum releases.”

insanity...we're still seeing I-131, and it's no big deal.

The Little Rock milk sample contained 8.9 picoCuries per liter. It was collected on March 30. On Sunday, EPA released data showing milk in Hilo, Hawaii with 24 pCi/L of cesium-134, 19 of cesium-137, and 18 of Iodine-131.

Three drinking water samples collected in Philadelphia on April 4 contained Iodine-131, according to Saturday’s data release:

* A sample from the city’s Queen Lane Treatment Plant showed 2.2 picoCuries per liter—the highest concentration in EPA’s drinking water data so far.
* Water collected at the Belmont Treatment Plant contained 1.3 picocuries, and
* Water collected at the Baxter Treatment Plant contained 0.46 picocuries.

This REALLY has evolved into, after all the warnings and discussions, as something that only the saavy and intelligent people will be avoiding.
All the rest of the "herd" will be drinking and eating everything from the West Coast as if nothing is wrong.

Why....because the MSM / and corrupt government said all is well.

So...in the end it boils down to this.........

how? one of the reasons i believe this is being downplayed so much is there is no answer to that question. another is that .. well, it is actually more profitable to use people as guinea pigs and up the medical industry. f em; i get cancer - i die or control it with diet. no kids for me. thanks humans.

Which "limits" are these radioactive contaminants breaking? The old limits or the new, elevated limits?

I suppose it was too much trouble keeping the old limits because they're all going to be broken.

The most disturbing thing about this recent nuke accident is the way the population took it as though they were conditioned to think nothing of it.

Is this because of the Russian nuke accident and Three Mile Island, along with all the nuke bombs that have gone off around the world?

Even if this type of accident only happens once every ten years...
...it won't be very many generations down the road (three, four?) that we won't be able to produce enough viable offspring to continue existing. Our reproduction is a fragile thing when it comes to radiations and mutations.

The thing is that NDAA, SOPA, etc. are all related!

Fuk-u-shima has just been putting things over the top.

At some point the people are going to rebel, either because they are pissed off and have lost everything (and have nothing to lose) OR because the radiation, chemtrails, GMO food, food additive/chemicals, drugs, TV/Radio/MSM etc. will have turned these people into suicidal or homicidal zombies.

NDAA, SOPA, etc. are just the establishment trying to put a giant electric fence around the whole problem. Sometimes an electric works well and sometimes it shorts-out and the animals get out (or in)...

You tell them, bug !

Are you the ' water bug ' from last April, May, etc. posting on radiation threads ?

Sheeple are TOO LAZY to take any action, UNTIL they have one or MORE of the symptoms of CUMULATIVE radiation poisoning, which MOST have been experiencing since September. However, many are like/mimic OTHER helth problems, so they do NOTHING !

When 10 - 20 percent of these same people have various gland problems, because the MASTER GLAND that controls them by secretions, NO LONGER functions properly, then OFF to the doctors to be soothed/lied too/put off till it's MUCH TOO LATE.

But by then, other 2012 woes will probably have kicked in and they will spend their dying days " envying the dead !"

Leaked into ocean December:

Tepco admitted that the contaminated water contains

Strontium90 : 110 million Bq/L (3.66 million times higher than the legal limit)
Strontium89 : 49 million Bq/L (160 thousand times higher than the legal limit)
Cesium134 : 12 thousand Bq/L (200 times higher than the legal limit)

The half life time of Strontium89 is only 50.52 days, it means the nuclear fuel is still fissioning at least until October
