Don't see it, they don't look alike enough to be sisters, let alone the same person. Winos nose sticks out further but is narrow from the front, BlaBlas nose is thicker from all vantage points and less beaky. Their eyes are different distances from their mouths, and chins. Winos face is longer, BlaBlas is wider across the cheekbones. Ears different, eye shape and mouth shape different... originator of this "conspiracy" is wrong and lacks an artistic eye in regards to human anatomy.
