I don't think most sites are going to black out. Most will just post a link and some info. So what's the big deal? It's not like the internet is going down tomorrow. I would say very few sites will actually go down.

I am really pissed about SOPA too but we need to get everyone to watch this video and take action.

I checked a few other conspiracy sites. It looks like lunatic is going down but no time specified. Top secret has a thread on the censorship bill and a poster has asked if they are going black but no response at this time. The other sites I checked don't mention anything.

...I find it strange that the Wal Mart transaction thing is happening at around the same time.

Something about it all doesn't feel right, I'm wondering if any of this ties in with the 'this is only a test' braodcast not long ago - was it the radio also?

Anyhow is it that the communication/transaction systems are 'going down' as part of the preparation for something bigger?
