His point is that using fictitious information when registering a domain is going to become more difficult? That's really not such a bad thing, and anyone with some cash can fudge the matter using several layers of corporate entities. I'm sure it's evil in other respects, but what's wrong with reinforcing responsibility on domain ownership? That push has been going on for years.

And as for removing DNS records, you don't HAVE to have a domain name to operate a server. Plus, it wouldn't be difficult to create an alternative to current DNS. For one, I don't even use my ISPs DNS because it's so slow.
