Strange sounds in night sky over Iowa!
For two weeks now I have heard metalic howling sounds, at first I ignored it because I thought it was a low flying jet, but I live in the country and never had jets fly over. Plus the sound I heard was a low growling metalic sound that would get high than low and last about 20 min.

Heard it in South Dakota also, but I am only 8 miles from Iowa. Went into back yard out here on the farm cause I thought there was something back there. Couldn't see a thing, but heard the sounds.

to here very strange noises coming out of sky, howling sounds in about three different pitches.
