Steven Colbert is VERY PERCEPTIVE, and VERY INTELLIGENT!

His " Mitt the Ripper " campaign video was so right on target about

Romney's company, Bain Capital. The only "dig" Colbert was perhaps too

subtle in conveying in that video, was the fact that Romney profiteered

at the expense of US taxpayers when his " vulture capitalism" firm

dismembered manufacturing companies, seizing any assets, firing the

workers, then dumping the company liabilities ( unfunded pension obligations)

from these takeover targets, onto the American taxpayers!...

SO Mitt nets tens of millions of dollars on the transactions, and

WE, THE PEOPLE are stuck with the $ 50 million dollar bill !

SO of course, Romney is in favor of the TARP mega-bankster bailouts...

and OF COURSE , these banks ( GOLDMAN-SACHS, MORGAN STANLEY,etc)

are his top campaign contributors( just like Obama) !

" RUMPLESTILTSKIN" ( from Wikipedia )

Rumpelstiltskin is the eponymous character and antagonist of a fairy tale which originated in Germany (where he is known as Rumpelstilzchen). The tale was collected by the Brothers Grimm, who first published it in the 1812 edition of Children's and Household Tales. It was subsequently revised in later editions.

At first she failed, but before the final night, her messenger discovered the imp's remote mountain cottage and, unseen, overheard the imp hopping about his fire and singing. While there are many variations in this song, the 1886 translation by Lucy Crane reads:

Today do I bake, to-morrow I brew,
The day after that the queen's child comes in;
And oh! I am glad that nobody knew

Ron Paul made the point during last evening's debate, that

the trillions of dollars America is borrowing from foreigners,

( primarily China, Saudi Arabia, and Japan ), which has allowed

our federal government to continue this " money printing "

scam to pay our bills, will not continue.

The Chinese are already avoiding trade in dollars and are

trading Chinese renminbi for Russian rubles...and Chinese

renminbi for Japanese yen....without the US DOLLAR

"middleman". This cuts the western banking establishment

out of hefty fees that they formerly were able to assess.

AND...these foreigners are no longer stepping up to purchase

US TREASURY DEBT at the quarterly auctions. So who is buying

our debt? THE FEDERAL RESERVE ...which is printing

money with the right hand...and buying that debt-based

money with the the left hand!
