Well I had a good meditation session last night and good sleep so I'm feeling better.

I do have a very heavy head. I suffer from migraines but this isn't a migraine or headache; it just feels very heavy.

Normally I would pop pills to stop it but seeing what's happening today I'm going to ride the wave as it is and see what happens.
