CAUGHT ON DASHCAM Obviously the cop got it out of the perps car. Accidently dropped it, and went back to look for it. Then kicked it instead of picking it up to avoid damaging the perps finger prints. Which of course were all over the bag. (just filling in for the missing cop defenders)
