the only reason Bear Grylls is invloved in this article at all is because the Daily Mail needed an angle to add to the story to make it about someone people give a crap about.

"non-famous man dies in wilderness" doesnt have the same appeal you see?

sadly, by adding this angle, they have made the man out to be a fool, when he apparently took several years to prepare for this, and we still have no idea how he actually died.

and blaming Bear Grylls for his death is so far off the mark its laughable.

If he wanted to be like Bear Grylls he should of had a camera crew with him and planned out all of his "stunts" in advance. Then after the cameras were off, go find the nicest hotel in the area.
