This really good be a record-breaking tornado outbreak. People will lose their lives if they don't head warnings across eastern AR, TN, MS

DEVELOPING: Trained spotter reported a tornado 19 miles W of Garret Grove, AR, moving NE at 50 mph (810 pm CST)

Velocity image looks good WSW of De Witt (Same storm as one that produced the tornado in Rison).

Wind shear seems to be enhancing near the warm front around Memphis into western TN. Watch out in this area as supercells are moving into this prime area for very strong, deadly tornadoes.

Oh fuck that... i was in Louisville at that time... 4 tornadoes on the ground. Another one took out a bunch of houses in a neighborhood in my hometown..

I hope it's not like that outbreak was.

look, i live here. was in my car and drove right into the f3 in 2008, am by NO MEANS a pro or even an amateur storm chaser, but the tornadic storms aren't anywhere close to hitting our town unless he sees something i don't...

just rained and the wind blew a little. big whoop.

Im a tornado survivor that took out 150 homes, Took only one life, but destroyed 150 new homes in a upper middle class neighborhood.

A warning is nothing to ignore.

a simple rotation is NOT a tornado.

calling every rotation a tornado is going to end up A: stressing people the fuck out and B: end up making people not believe them anymore, and when there eventually is a big tornado it's going to be THEIR fault that more people die in it than needed to.

I don't know of any meteorologists that say rotation means tornado. I always hear them say a tornado could be developing.
