Good!... this bastard protected a pedophile and helped ruin the lives of many children..
Anyone who supports this waste of flesh because they love a football program is just as guilty.

There is no closure for the victims of these atrocities...not yet. The legacy of this football coach is forever tarnished by his indiscretion. Wow. That is incredibly awful what you were put through - and yet found strength within yourself to pull through. Your thoughts are well thought out, and heartfeltfully (is that a word) engaged.  Although I managed to climb out of the shame and carry on with my life...I give most of the credit to the US Army for equipping me with the tools to find my way back to sanity and teaching me to excel. This football coach was complicit and he carried that to the bitter end. My pedophile attacker also carried his guilt to the bitter end. I actually confronted him in 1980 after finishing Army jump school. Home on leave and I found him...in his wheelchair...with an oxygen tank...and I told him that I was now a better man than he could ever hope to be. The US Army saved me and I let this pedophile piece of trash know that I overcame his rape and I WAS MOVING FORWARD with the US Army at my side.
