I wonder if they will bother reporting it at all...this is pretty disturbing that they wouldn't bother saying anything.

If nothing else, I hope that Ron Paul can work this into the debate tonight. Almost everyone is against TSA and with them pulling something like this, it could only help Dr. Paul which is why FOX is not covering it.

i think most people figured Fox out more than 10 years ago.

Fox News supports a lot of the more Fascist elements of the American political spectrum and caters to this audience.

They are very much for more means of control, they are themselves an overt and far reaching form of it.

Fox news has not even acknowledged this story on TV. How long until they report on it, this is a republican Senator and Fox should be all over this. My opinion is they do not want to give his father the publicity.

EXACTLY! I turned on Rush Limbaugh to see if he'll open up with the story, since it IS the highlight on Drudge and when I have listened to him in the past, does mention Drudge stories a lot. We shall see...please let me know if Fox finally mentions, I don't have them on.

Nevermind, he's off it already, from what he said if it was RON Paul it would be news, and people may be misled by it being Rand.

Still nothing. Every other news agency has this as a big story but fox remains silent. Call email and demand coverage.

If you believe there is a Fox conspiracy against Ron Paul...perhaps you should also consider that the other (very progressive) media outlets were tipped of this story while or before it happened. But why?

Well, considering it was on Ron Paul's Facebook page soon after it happened, I don't see how Fox news could be THAT slow about it. Could you?

According to Twitter timelines (tweeted from Rand Paul and his spokeswoman)...

The detainment occurred sometime between 9:49 AM and 9:59 AM EST.

By 10:37 AM EST, Politico already had a story up about it, complete with quotes, and CNN and MSNBC already had infographics prepared for live broadcasts.

News moves fast, but 38 minutes is pretty fast to have a fully sourced and researched article written, including a prepared statement from the TSA regarding the ongoing investigation of something that happened, and/or perhaps still ongoing behind closed doors, to a sitting US Senator.
