Interesting. I just took a CPR recertification class last week (have to do it every two years), and they really stressed the hands-on, no (direct) mouth to mouth. The reason given, is that more people would be likely to do it if they didn't have to have such close contact.

Electromagnetic radiation and health

Health threat from cosmic rays

The health threat from cosmic rays is the danger posed by galactic cosmic rays and solar energetic particles to astronauts on interplanetary missions[1] . Galactic cosmic rays (GCR) consist of high energy protons (85%), helium (14%) and other high energy nuclei (HZE)[1]. Solar energetic particles consist primarily of protons accelerated by the sun to high energies via proximity to solar flares and coronal mass ejections. They are one of the most important barriers standing in the way of plans for interplanetary travel by crewed spacecraft.

The effects of space radiation, as with other ionizing radiation, involve direct and indirect damage to DNA and these can result in acute and chronic health effects. Acute (or early radiation) effects result from large radiation exposure over a short duration, and these are most likely to occur after solar particle events (SPEs)[12] . Chronic effects of space radiation exposure include radiation carcinogenesis and degenerative tissue effects. Additionally, the risk of both early and late effects on the central nervous system have yet to be identified.

Although the title does not include information about solar flares and DNA...I have put a ton of information in it about how it can change expression and increase the amount of biophotons in our bodies leading to all kinds of changes in vibration...

My father was admitted to the hospital yesterday because his blood pressure suddenly spiked - 125 over 115. If BP is 180 and/or over 110 plus - one has to seek immediate emergency care.

The 81 year old woman in the curtained off next bed to him, in the emergency room, was being admitted because she had collapsed on the floor of her home. She had a pace maker.

I think a few rescue breaths must be important if you're gonna have a 3+ min response, which is why I put a respirator in my first aid kit.. If the oxygen in the blood gets depleted you're doing the compressions for nothing and the patient is going to get hypoxic .

High radiation, is taking place right now, as Uranus and Pluto helio and geo are harmonically connecting with each other and trigger by Mars or Jupiter bringing the Planetary A index high and solar winds high. Our brains are being bombarded with high magnetic fields accelerating the war machine, and bringing the world's population to a crisis,and lasting for 6-7 months. Cycle 24 is also building up with M-Class solar flares.

Or perhaps I should see a doc. They said in August. :(

My heart has been acting "off" these last few days as well.

Wow this is so interesting because I have noticed just before any earthquake or volcanic eruption depending on severity I have a seizure or experience really bad body pain as if something is squeezing me really tightly. It is so uncomfortable. I have been questioning people about the connection and they just think I am mad but I know it is connected.

I am a nurse, working at cardiac surgery but haven't really noticed a increase in heart attack like symptoms.

I very high percentage of people have cardiac palpations, this number seems to have increased over the last 10 years. But younger people don't notice, even if their heart beat is slightly off and don't go to see a doctor.
More and more people now are on Beta Blockers.
