Not where I come from...south east Queensland and I think it didnt rain today, yesterday it rained a bit and the day before it rained alot and the week prior to that it rained lots more than that...wait no, I do remember it rained around about lunch time cos thats when we went into town, we havent been able to go into town till today because the bridges were under water
