An attorney´s posted information on sealed indictments as related to the CIA leak case from another blog.

I am a lawyer and can tell you that "sealed" indictments can mean a number of things - especially in this case.

Often times the indictments are, in fact, "un-sealed" , i.e, made public, upon the arrest and arraignment of the person named in the indictment. But they don´t have to be.

Remember that this grand jury expires this friday. So unless Fitzgerald wants to empanel a new grand jury he needs to hand down indictments by then. If there are sealed indictments handed down by the grand jury in this case I would wager one of two things (that have already been reported by others, by the way): Either some of those that are to be indicted are working on plea/cooperation deals with Fitzgerald currently and by sealing the indictments he is allowing them to negotiate some sort of deal and then will dismiss the indictments against them. This may mean that the public never hears the extent of such person´s complicity.

In the alternative, Fitzgerald may be planning on empaneling another grand jury to buy him time to further investigate matters and is only handing down the indictments he knows he can get from this grand jury at this time. This would allow him to empanel another grand jury without publically releasing the details of the indictments handed down by the expiring grand jury.

Of course the most-likely scenario is that the prosecutor perhaps did not want to deliver the so-called "target letters" (he is not required to do so) because of the over-whelming amount of leaks that have been occuring recently and is just sealing the indictments in order to give himself time to give those named in the indictments notice thereof. Given the magnitude of the case and the press coverage related to it I wouldn´t be at all surprised if this last scenario is the one that plays out. Fitzgerald seems like the type of guy who would be diplomatic and courteous in delivering the news to those indicted in order to possibly allow them to avoid the press frenzy that would ensue if he filed unsealed indictments.

But never fear........ if sealed indictments are handed down the leaks will come even more fast and furious.

I believe it is extremely important that current issues be seen in the light of a media other than that of a newspaper, television or radio.

Sadly, the mainstream media is part of the problem in that the truth, or shall we say, different perspectives of the truth is rarely read, seen, or heard. Via the internet, we can access the "news" and discern for ourselves exactly what is the real story.

For some the victory celebrations after the indictment have been muted. You expected a more far reaching result and there is some disappointment amongst you. These concerns are unnecessary, as the important step has been made and following the indictment of Scooter Libby, Bush and his Administration are weakened and it shall be the last brick out of the wall that will cause it to tumble. (note he said the last brick, not the first)

Bear in mind that Patrick Fitzgerald was chosen to carry out an enquiry because he was the best one to do it. All through his two years of investigations he was guided and led to make the decisions that would eventually result in wide scale Government changes. There are others working without publicity who are members of the Light, and their efforts are also helping to set the stage for their final collapse. A lot of hard work has been put into providing the groundwork that will ensure success.

You by no means know all of what is taking place and it is not prudent to mention it. It is sufficient to say that everything proceeds in an orderly manner and in accordance with our goals. Look ahead and recall how many times we have told you that total victory is already yours. What has just happened is only one of many approaches that are being carried out to fulfill the plan. Nothing that happens on Earth can alter the outcome, regardless of which way the pendulum swings. The changes have been divinely decreed and all we ask is that you continue to have faith in us and our allies upon Earth.

The battle between the Light and dark is very much like a chess match. The game has been going on for along time, and we can see the whole board, whereas you see across only one line. The indictment was a hard earned victory, and it will herald a whole series of happenings that shall carry you forward. The dark may be getting all of the attention and publicity but without it how would you gauge how far matters have reached. My understanding is that there is more than one Grand Jury seated at a time, and the reason is because there´s more than one case they can hear, if I remember correctly.

Apparently, Fitzgerald is going to use one that is already convened on another matter.

I know I feel just a little more at ease today, because after watching Fitzgerald speak, after hearing how obviously tenacious he is, after observing how much of a perfectionist he seems to be, I´ve come to the thinking that whatever the "new" Grand Jury comes down with, that it will be the result of some pretty intense scrutiny. Whether I am personally "happy" with the results is immaterial.

I think this indictment has shaken these people to the core and after all the lies, after all the theiving of American taxpayer dollars to fund a sham war, I realize that maybe there really is no honor among theives, and they may just give each other up to protect their own skins.

It seems so petty to be discussing the Bush administrations´ involvement in the killing of one CIA agent, seeing it is responsible for the murder of thousands of Americans as well. What´s important to realize is thatPlame it IS a big deal, because whether one American or 10 thousand were delivered to the enemy or killed in false flag attacks, the administration is guilty of treason all the way to top, no rational person could deny realizing what has happened at this time.

Now, the only question is are we going to stop at Bush and be satisfied , or do we go after the real problem? Bush is simply a disposable lightning rod, as are all the other liars in Washignton. Those behind this must be brought to justice, impeaching Bush for treason and stopping there will simply result in his replacement with another lightning rod, and the agenda will remain the same.

Unless and until ALL the American people realize that we´re getting a royal screwing by this administration, not by one POLITICAL party, this type of bushchit will continue.
