did you watch the video? doesn't really look like the same thing at all. Yes, I watched the video. Ripple clouds are the closest I got to an example. I always try to rule out the obvious. ah, well, yes. It is slightly similar, just from the fact that they both have ripples, but the "anomaly" doesn't really seem to be clouds. To me, it seems like the "anomaly" is above the cloud cover, maybe just distorting what can be seen behind/underneath it. It also appeared to have an outline to me.
