The give-away is in the wording. As a person born in the 1950's (and before) would know - first - there were no "hyphenated races" in the 60's, 70's etc. The first attempt at posting a birth certificate has "African-American" as his "race" versus negro (or later as black). Seeing as he was born in a British territory his father would have been listed as negro or black. The current "supposed" true certificate has his father simply stated as the race of "African" which is NOT a race. The country of Africa is multi-racial, including black, white, (and so on). The person that wrote that report was not informed nor legally registered to produce such a document.
