They tasered the guy before they shot him. After they shot him the police officers laughed at him as he laid dying.

Otherwise, cops have become a bit assholish. But this situation may very well have warranted it.

That boy was someone's son. Yes, perhaps he was wacked out on drugs but he didn't deserve to be shot. The American Culture of Death, lures children to drugs and if the drugs don't kill you the cops will or you end up in prison because we don't lock people up long enough in the beginning of drug use. If someone has meth in their system it should be automatic one year. but no we can't do that, parents have to spend thousands to get a young adult help. The state does not want to help, it only wants to lock you up for life or kill you. Fucking Vampires. They could have tazed him a couple more times or tackled him but no that stupid little fat fucker was trigger happy.

There were so many of them they could have subdued him. Let's see you defend yourself against someone wacked out on meth or pcp where it is kill or be killed and you win. Guess what, you will charged with murder and have defend yourself and prove that is was self defense. the cops don't have to do that thought do they?
