yes it is and its not to come until man creates peace. dimensions are levels of consciousness of the people and earth is barely into 4d in that regard now. There is incredible new age bs out there that is NOT so. And you ones on this world get no magic because it does not exist.

We are going thru the 3DDs at least that is the current plans because man has failed and the planet is really hurting During the 3DD the sun WILL be blocked the dark removed and will include a mini stasis during which the magnetic reversal will be carried out. Then a period of teaching we hope can last a year after that before we enter the long stasis to let the planet remodel fully. During that time the multitudes of craft here will clean up and we hope to get the world occupiable within 10 years and carry on with those selected to return.

Then the goofy brigade would claim that their ascended consciousness was responsible for delaying the blah blah blah droooooollllll....
