lol, the City Council has lost touch with the people. They have shot themselves in the foot with the pay increase for the Christchurch City council CEO. Remind me where the CEO of the council lives again? Last I heard it was Hamilton on the North Island! I understand the pay increase was NZ$68,000 and it was justified because he has never had to work harder. Poor love! [ link to www.stuff.co.nz]
