Ive been watching the bulls-eyes grow over the past months. I see volcanic potential as said....mexi/ California...California/Nevada.....if tremors continue....add Washington....Oregon....Arizona.....Utah....the border of s. Colorado/ new Mexico.....Georgia...several in the Caribbean...and look for hot springs to emerge in Oklahoma....Arkansas...and Missouri.

Increased solar (or HAARP) activity results in an increase in ionization in the upper atmosphere (ionosphere) and that energy is conducted to the earth's crust where it is transduced to vibrational energy that is directed along geological fault lines and promotes slippage of tectonic plates at these faults (an earthquake).

Scientists monitor the degree of ionization in the ionosphere above a location and when that increases to an unusual level and it occurs at the same time there is an increase of precursor quakes allows for a prediction to be made within a more precise time window.

Just before the recent huge earthquake in Japan, electron counts in the atmosphere high above the epicenter took a surprising turn, a new study indicates. Measurements gleaned from GPS satellites recorded more electrons in the ionosphere over the soon-to rupture fault than expected. A similar uptick occurred before extra-large quakes in Chile in 2010 and Sumatra in 2004, the researcher found.

A tantalizing question for seismologists and atmospheric scientists is whether this high-altitude electron bump, if confirmed by other studies, is a true early-warning signal for devastating earthquakes.

might see some coming along the NW coast from the Alaskan facility or in the SW deserts from the facility just south of Havana

Wow, thanks! I know about most of the usual signs but not this one. 40 minute warning could save a lot of lives with a quake that large.

West Coasters are always prepared...we can't just be afraid of an earthquake 24/7, we have to live lives and we know that earthquakes can't be predicted so there no sense in panicking about some prediction.
