Everyone is missing the fucking point as to why Obama defaulted in court today

You can be sure that he discussed these options with his attorney. In every other case Obama fought each case in several different states, spending a couple million dollars.

But this time he said, "Hell naw! Let's blow this case off and lose by summary judgment." If you think the drastic change in strategy was a fluke, you better think again.

Obama had two choices:

1- present a birth certificate that proves he is ineligible since he is not a natural born citizen and which might actually be fraudulent. Either way he goes to prison(s) for a very long time.

2- present no papers and walk away a free man

Option #1 Means he presents affirmative evidence that he is not eligible. This opens Resident Bummer up to violations of state law all across the country, and possible treason which is a death penalty offense.

Option #2 means he he simply failed to meet the filing requirements. Let's say you want a driver's license but you bring no paperwork. The clerk turns you away, and you are a free man, only you can't drive a car.

There is no jail time for not having a driver's license and not providing papers.

Option #2 allows the judge and the Secretary of State to rule on the narrow question of "Did he provide adequate paperwork?" not the natural born citizenship issue. If the answer is no, then Obama's name is removed from the ballot. There is no punishment other than that.

So, Resident Bummer walks away from a second term free to give $100,000 radical Marxist speeches on campuses all across the country. He can then afford to pay for all the golf he wishes to play. He hopes that one of the Constitutionally eligible radicals in the audience becomes president some day, to finish his legacy.

OTOH, if he submitted a document, then that document gets scrutinized. Even if it passed scrutiny, (He spent 17 days in Hawaii to see if a high quality fake could be made with no phone calls, emails or other written documents to be used against him at a later date.), the document reveals that his father was not a US citizen.

It's clear Resident Bummer would be a dual citizen rather than a natural born citizen, As a teacher of Constitutional law he would reasonably be expected to know that, so he would be open to charges of treason, and to the laws of all 50 states regarding eligibility.

IOW, Bummer would spend the rest of his life in state prisons, one after the other. No golf. No $100,000 speeches. Even if he won, he doesn't want to spend his time facing court dates all over the country to defend himself.

Meanwhile, by simply not running, none of the laws he signed or judges and justices get rescinded. So he goes down as a major hero to the communist left for the rest of his life while they all claim it was racism that prevented him from serving two terms.

The Courts and cowards on Capitol Hill while all breathe a collective sigh of relief because the question of natural born citizen will never be addressed. Instead, it's simply a 'driver's license' requirement that Resident Bummer failed to meet.
