I appreciate what you guys (phenom and the other admins) try to do, but I think more folks would participate if they felt a little more welcome. Also, I feel the program would greatly benefit from ensuring that the topics for discussion are drawn from the current popular threads on the forum. Maybe you could pick 5 broad topics out of a hat each week? Designate someone to help steer the conversation, so one or two religion fanatics don't keep hijacking it? Make a special channel just for the religion people? I have nothing against religion, but I just think GLP AD would garner a wider audience if it was more representative of ALL of GLP. |
