One type is the right-left pull, another is the center pull, in which the Pineal Gland is activated; and the last has no pull at all but the neurons are completely fused together. I have been concentrating on the Crown area as well as the Pineal Gland when I meditate or pray. I also concentrate on the area just below the nose. It is the tip of the medulla oblongata. I can get pulling sensations from each of these areas. I just found this out last week. It is very interesting how you can feel those certain areas if you concentrate your attention there.
