Good questions OP. I'm up for discussion. I read all types of old texts and such, including the so-called Bible. And while I'm against religion on principle, I'm definitely NOT an atheist.

From what I've read, I would say that "Satan" is actually just fallen spirit creatures.

For instance, if you think about the meaning of the word Satan, in Hebrew, it's actually not a name, but is used as an adjective and a verb, to show actions or describe characteristics of behavior.

The word Satan, in Hebrew, means: one who resists; one who opposes. And according to the ancient Hebrew writings (which is what the Old Testament was written in and was then thranslated), a high-ranking Cherub was the first one to resist, or oppose the Most High.

So he's called the Original (or first) one to oppose the Most High.

In a book called The Book of Adam and Eve, the writer explains that this high-ranking Cherub was stationed over a large legion of other Angels, and that when the Cherub refused to serve the first Man and Woman whom the Most High made, the angels that he had league over followed his example, and they were all removed from heaven.

So they were cast out BEFORE Adamah and his wife got themselves into trouble.

At any rate, there are MANY Satans as a result (according to Enoch), and they are dominantly masculine. They can also materialize into human form and take on the form of males. Some of them even seek human females to have intercourse with and impregnate them.

I think you need to go back to the original writings to find that answer. Reading manipulated text such as the modern day Bible will not give you truth.
