have you noticed that when a city is majority non white there's never any problem with it, even if at plain sight problems appear to be everywhere? The only time there's a need for billboards and campaigns against racism is when a city is TOO white, even if everything works fine....SPECIALLY if everything works fine (means the success MUST be a product of oppression and racism by whites).

See upstate NY, south central PA, and CT, seems the more liberal the area the more there is poverty, white or black. Don't blame one shade blame the Liberals for inviting dependence!! PS whitey dont move when the black man comes a knocking, invite him in and get to know him.
