where does this say scientists are "bewildered"? The article explains that this is a naturally occurring event. Too many owls competing for the same resources so they migrate for more territory to find prey. Nothing bewildering about that.
OP needs comprehension lessons...or maybe he's one of those lemmings the owls are after?
